Inspired by the project "parpar hofesh" (freedom butterflies) which was launched after October 7th by Orit Ziv, we have created a small collection of four handmade, one of a kind crocheted and embellished mixed media wearable art butterfly brooches and art prints to commemorate the Oct. 7 Simchat Torah massacre and raise support for the families of the 101 hostages still suffering in Hamas capitivity for over a year. Using the image of the butterfly to symbolise freedom and hope, we are donating 100% of the proceeds of this special raffle to the Hostages and Missing Families Forum.

How The Raffle Works:
Each Freedom Butterfly Brooch raffle entry is £5. Every £5 counts as an entry, so if you spend £25 you will have 5 entries in the raffle and that much higher chance of winning. When the raffle closes, we will select 4 winners using a randomised computer program. The raffle is open to everyone and will ship worldwide. The winners will be contacted via email and will be responsible for shipping costs to the destination of their choosing. The flat first class tracked shipping rate to the US, Canada and Israel is £10.60, Europe is £9.60 and the UK is £4.99. If you purchase a print and win the raffle, your print and brooch will be shipped together for free. The raffle will close on Monday, October 21.

Brooches
Each brooch is crocheted and embellished by hand with salvaged, vintage, and mixed media materials. Featuring gold, silver, gemstones, vintage pendants, antique buttons, glass, pearl and many other carefully selected one of a kind materials. They each vary in size from 6-8 cm wide and 6-10 cm long. Brooches were handmade in collaboration with local artist Lex Calaguas.

Art Prints
Let My People Go Freedom Butterfly Art Prints are available in limited quantity for direct purchase in addition to the raffle, and all proceeds will also be donated to the Hostages and Missing Families Forum. They are square 21 x 21 cm prints printed on high quality, thick gloss paper. Their price includes free worldwide shipping.
